I always charge a competitive rate for good and HONEST design. Unlike most cheap web and designers which promise original results for ridiculously cheap prices which cannot logistically be achieved given the time needed for even the basic designs. Don't be fooled into paying what seems a bargain for plagiarised content or simply copy pasted elements that will not only not achieve the desired results but could also land you in allot of financial bother if you unknowingly use a design that contains copyrighted elements. Ignorance is not an excuse in the eyes of copyright law.
