A company or individual will spend money on a website design (or make their own) and wonder why their site achieves NOTHING.

There is more to website design than just slapping together a nice site. It has to be optimised for search engines or your site will be invisible or blacklisted. It’s the most important part.

SEO is the process of making sure your site achieves the right balance of relevant content. Search engines use very complex and forever changing algorithms to gather info from a site and decide whether to bring it up as a search result.

Warning: There are many charlatans with regard to SEO. Some will claim special knowledge or know tricks to get you number 1. To get a web site up online you are going to need...

1) A 'domain name' IE (www.yoursitename.com) These cost anything from £9.99 - £60 for 2 years and is a recurring cost every 2 years. I will help you find the right name for you and then purchase your domain name for you at cost price and register it to you. All you have to do is keep paying it every 2 years when it needs renewing, no need for me to intervene again.

2) A web hosting package. A place in which to upload and store your website design on the internet so people can access and download the content to view it. The cost will depend on the size of the site and how much traffic (people surfing your site) you have each month. Normally a start up site would be around £4.99 – £8.99 a month on average but could be cheaper. I will set up your web site hosting with a trusted international company (based in both UK and US) that give unbeatable reliable and secure severs to host your site, plus fantastic after sales service and an unbeatable rate. Again all this will be at cost price for you, I make nothing on the domain or the web hosting. You then simply keep paying the hosting service for as long as you want your site on the web.

3) Website Design. I will design a web site to your brief, or I can work with you and come up with some fantastic designs of my own. When the site is designed, I will then upload the website design and get your web site live and connected to your domain name. After I'll create your email accounts for your new domain.

This web design is a one off fee depending on the size and content of your site. If you need any further changes to be made to the site in the future, it can be done at my great hourly rate.
